[Thesis Scholarship for Teacher Education College]
Teacher Education College (TEC) Scholarship Project
NGO Kizuna has been providing scholarship support to 12+2 Teacher Training Centres since 2004.
This support primarily focuses on student teachers from remote areas, reaching a total of 2,400 students over approximately 10 years through funding from The Nippon Foundation.
Since the transition to TEC (12+4), we have initiated a scholarship programme to support student teachers with their thesis writing and action research.
On this occasion, Kizuna honoured the outstanding efforts of 10 thesis-writing student teachers selected by the evaluation committee and presented them with gifts.
Even after completing teacher training, true learning begins as a new educator!
The gift was an e-reader (Kindle) loaded with 386 books in Khmer and English.
